  • TSCA Title VI - Compliance Statement

    All composite wood materials used in Conestoga Wood Specialties products comply with the CARB formaldehyde regulations. We have a robust CARB compliance program that includes tracking of materials purchased to the mills they were produced in, regularly reviewing compliance documentation, and communicating compliance with customers. All shipments of products using composite wood materials are labeled as complying with CARB on both the packing slips and invoices sent from Conestoga. Similarly, Conestoga is prepared to comply with the requirements of TSCA Title VI when it is implemented (likely in November 2017). Per the regulation, labeling of products as compliant with TSCA Title VI prior to the implementation date is not permitted.
