As the year end approaches, we have been busy planning for the holiday season and anticipating the impact on our east coast production and delivery schedules. The Christmas and New Year’s holidays present a challenge for us in that we perform our year-end physical inventory and typically schedule non-production days to compensate for preventative maintenance and reductions in seasonal volume. However, given our lead-time situation this year, we will not be taking any extra down days for preventative maintenance or to adjust production schedules for reductions in seasonal volume.
Our Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday shut down schedules are outlined in the chart below. Though this is a yearly occurrence for us, we recognize that customers have their own scheduling needs and want to make you are aware. 
Customer Service will be closed during the holidays based on the above schedule. They will also have an adjusted schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on December 22nd and 30th and normal operating hours (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) on all other days. Con-Nex will remain available throughout the holiday season. Orders received during our holiday shutdown via Con-Nex will be placed on capacity hold and will not be scheduled at the time of order placement. These orders will be acknowledged, although a promise ship date will not be assigned until Operations and Customer Service return and review orders placed.
